Purchased a 1.0 Ford focus estate from Christian at the start of June. 

I’ve waited until  now to write a review as I consider this the end of any contract between us, I’ve driven over the 3000 mile warranty. Christian was very friendly and approachable from the off set, happy to answer any questions over the phone and share all relevant information. Arranging the viewing and test drive was straight forward and he was very accommodating, even offering to drop the car off as I was initially struggling to get someone to take me, an hours drive. The viewing took place at his personal address, personally I was a bit sceptical about this as it didn’t match up for me with a car business but all went well. I did additional digging regarding company names and registered owners etc before visiting and it came up as M A Lyne Motors Ltd, all checked out and matched up with the information shared by Christian. When at the address Christian was there during the viewing but also left me to it so I could look around the vehicle without feeling pressured and I was able to look at whatever I wanted and take as much time I liked. He was able to answer any questions I had clearly and was happy for me to test out everything, including the heated seats on a hot day! Took the car for a test drive which was good enough to get a feel for the car. After purchasing, the stop start was not working. I messaged Christian regarding this and a resolution was found very quickly. As the car was such low mileage he advised me to try charging the battery in the first instance and that if that didn’t work he would sort it out. Charged the battery over night and it’s been working great ever since. All in all, probably the best car purchasing experience I have had and this ranges from buying your old banger to brand new.

I would like to share my experience purchasing a car from Top Notch Cars nearly 2 months ago.

Christian had a Suzuki Vitara SUV 1.4 for sale and that was what we were looking for. The car was prepared immaculate in and out. After viewing we agreed at my convenient time to come and drive it home. I arrived by train, Christian collected me from the station and we did all the paperwork at his place. The car was supplied with a new MOT and serviced in the main dealer garage. The only thing he couldn’t prepare on time was the second remote key, but this wouldn’t stop me from buying this car. The car was a Motability scheme car and he continued to chase them for the keys. A little while later Christian ordered and paid my local Suzuki dealer for a brand new key and coding at my convenience time.I would like to say that most sellers forget about the client once they’ve hit the road, but Christian Lyne is a reliable, knowledgeable, and honest gentleman who goes the extra mile to deliver excellent client experience. Bought a Vauxhall Insignia from here over a year ago and the service was bang on.

Car was as advertised. Clean and the sales process was quick and smooth. I no longer own this car but remembered to leave a review as it was a great experience. Car was bang on with no faults and flew through its MOT a year later. Thanks!

I purchased a Mazda 6 business line 2.2D 2012 (62) in October 2015 priced at £7795.

My wife and I visited the Top Notch showroom to view an Audi A4 but on arriving I was very impressed with the look of the Mazda 6. We had a look at all the stock and whilst I was Tempted by a Range Rover sport with its number plate having my initials on it, my wife very firmly pointed out to me that it was a lot more money than she wanted me to spend!! Back to the Mazda 6, I asked for a test drive and it drove as good as it looked. Christian and his staff were friendly and helpful and at no time tried to sell us any of their cars. I felt very relaxed and I instigated the purchase. A few days after purchasing the car SatNav developed a fault, this was resolved by Christian very promptly and has been fine since. I would not hesitate to recommend Top Notch Cars and will be back to purchase our next car.

I have bought my cars from Top Notch Cars for the last few years and have always been happy.

I currently have a Vauxhall Astra which I purchased back in 2011. I needed a reliable, diesel car as I travel a lot with work and was working to a tight budget. Christian sourced this car especially for me with all of this in mind and it is still going strong. The car was in perfect condition with only one previous owner and a full service history.
